You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it in the original condition for an exchange or full refund of the price you paid for the item.
Returns for personalised products will normally only be accepted if the personalisation is incorrect from the receipt of order or if the product is faulty.
If you return your full order we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, upto a maximum of £6.95 for delivery charges. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back to our store.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. If an electronic refund is not possible, we will process your refund by cheque.
All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability.
Please note the following exceptions to this policy:
- DVDs and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned are faulty.
- We are unable to refund or exchange an item once it has been personalised to your order. A refund or exchange will be permitted if the garment is faulty.
Please include a cover letter with your returns and include the following information:
- Your order number
- Your name, email address and billing address
- Details of how you want your return to be processed
- Details of any fault or issue

If your item is defective, faulty or incorrect please contact Rounders England prior to returning it at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 0114 248 0357 and we will advise how to proceed with the issue and which address to return the merchandise to. If you require an exchange we will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details along with the returned merchandise.
Please note that for your protection Rounders England recommends that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Please note that Rounders England will not accept liability for any returns shipping costs incurred which we have not previously agreed to cover.
